As a Service Technician with Carrols Restaurant Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to prioritize and complete necessary repairs in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions to customer service and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with the R&M Budget to allocate resources effectively and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Work closely with restaurant staff to understand their needs and develop a work schedule that meets their requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and tools.
