Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Della Infotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment and appliances, ensuring the safety and productivity of our production employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system malfunctions.
  • Conduct tests to locate and repair electrical equipment and appliances.
  • Install electrical components in accordance with electrical codes and regulations.
  • Repair and replace defective parts, and maintain a clean and orderly maintenance shop.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and maintain accurate repair records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to work on any shift, including 1st shift.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 90 pounds.
Work Environment

The Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced industrial environment, with a focus on safety and productivity. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
