Job Overview

Aaction Rents is seeking a highly skilled Senior Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair heavy equipment, vehicles, and trucks with precision and professionalism.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain fleet vehicles, ensuring they meet all safety and operational standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members across our shops and locations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Utilize technology to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.
  • Provide clear updates on job progress and create detailed reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of mechanical experience, including diesel engine repair and heavy-duty trucking maintenance.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Attributes: Dependable, team-oriented, self-motivated, and an effective communicator.
  • License: A valid, clean California Driver's License.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs regularly, work in varying conditions, and navigate different terrains safely.
