Clinical Call Center Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Clinical Call Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our call center processes are in compliance with federal and state regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement call center strategies and operations to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Staff Management: Supervise and direct the activities of call center staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Financial Management: Manage the call center budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, and making recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain performance reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare operations or call center management role.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving process improvements.
- Call Center Experience: Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles.
