We are seeking a skilled RN Nursing Supervisor to support our clinic in Ukiah, CA. This position, reporting to the Medical Director, offers an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about making a lasting impact in a growing company.

Job Summary:

The RN Nursing Supervisor will play a crucial role in coordinating the direct care activities of nursing staff and allied health professionals to provide high-quality care to patients. This includes improving quality, patient experience, and care outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all RN, LVN, and CMA staff are clinically competent and understand their roles and responsibilities in a patient-centered, team-based environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate direct care activities of nursing staff and allied health professionals
  • Improve quality, patient experience, and care outcomes
  • Ensure clinical competence of RN, LVN, and CMA staff
  • Develop and implement standardized workflows
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to achieve patient-centered care
  • Perform nursing services to patients in a clinical setting
Requirements:
  • Graduate of certified RN program, bachelor's degree in nursing highly desirable
  • Active RN License in good standing
  • 5 years clinical experience
  • One year supervisory, leadership position highly desirable
  • BLS Certification, ACLS Certification preferred
Preferred Requirements:
  • Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS
  • 2 years of recent/previous work experience in substance use disorder setting
