Job Overview

Brown and Caldwell is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects in the Puget Sound area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams in the execution of infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in civil engineering project management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $105,000 - $144,000 depending on location and experience.
