Head of Loomis Americas

Loomis Armored US, LLC. and Loomis International (CA) are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Americas region. As the Head of Loomis Americas, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of our operations.

• Lead the P&L of Loomis International (LI) US & LATAM, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in the region, including identifying new market opportunities and developing new business relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Oversee the development and implementation of operational procedures to ensure security compliance and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive results.

• Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a strong background in business development, operations, and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
