Healthcare Supervisor for Resident Care

Sinceri Senior Living seeks an experienced healthcare professional to fill the role of Resident Care Manager at Oak Hill Terrace. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and evaluating care staff, developing work schedules, and acting as a liaison with residents, family members, and staff.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
The Resident Care Manager is a supervisory role that requires strong organizational skills, ability to establish effective relationships, and expertise in documentation and staff development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in long-term care and experience in training and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, evaluate, and discipline care staff
• Develop and monitor work schedules for adequate staffing
• Act as a member of the facility management team and assist with Administrator duties
• Operate department within budgetary guidelines
• Assist with marketing, training, and staff development
• Ensure resident assessment process and service plans are accurate and updated
• Participate in resident and family care conferences
• Monitor resident health concerns and ensure safe and effective care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocol

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with long-term care experience. A current and in good standing State license, previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting, ability to establish effective relationships, strong documentation skills, and ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions are also required.
