  • Issue Reporting: Identify and report potential safety hazards and equipment malfunctions to ensure prompt resolution.
Physical and Safety Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
  • Sustained seated posture position for extended time in front of computer terminal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Constant typing and usage of office equipment.
  • Considerable physical exertion, involving bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, walking, and pulling.
  • Exposed to moderate levels of heat, cold, moisture, noise, and dust in and outside of the buildings.
  • Use chemicals such as adhesives, cleaners, solvents, and glass reactive primers.
  • Follows safety guidelines, attends trainings, reports incidents promptly, engages in ergonomic practices, wears required PPE, and follows company safety protocols in all work areas.
Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience in facilities and building maintenance with knowledge of property management.
  • General knowledge of carpentry, mechanical, electrical repair, and tool proficiency.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customer service skills.
  • Safety compliance program oversight.
  • Must be detail oriented, with multi-tasking and have organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction with task and time management.
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
