Job Overview
LanceSoft is seeking a highly skilled Production Assembly Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing complex mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of complex mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures.
- Conduct thorough inspections of your own and other associates' work to ensure accuracy and adherence to company and customer specifications.
- Apply process specifications to govern the production of products within assigned cells.
- Record production time and quantity data at the cell.
- Assist with training and development purposes, including tasks in other production cells and locations.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required, with flexibility to work variable schedules and additional hours as necessary.
Requirements
- Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
- Certifications: Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Years of Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Able to perform complex mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations.
- Capable of solving problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing precedents or procedures.
- Skilled at simple welding tasks and/or brazing, or soldering.
- Ability to read and interpret company documents, such as safety rules, operating instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Good manual dexterity required to work with small parts.
- Effective oral and written communication.
