Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of complex mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of your own and other associates' work to ensure accuracy and adherence to company and customer specifications.
  • Apply process specifications to govern the production of products within assigned cells.
  • Record production time and quantity data at the cell.
  • Assist with training and development purposes, including tasks in other production cells and locations.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required, with flexibility to work variable schedules and additional hours as necessary.

Requirements

  • Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
  • Certifications: Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Years of Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Skills

  • Able to perform complex mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations.
  • Capable of solving problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing precedents or procedures.
  • Skilled at simple welding tasks and/or brazing, or soldering.
  • Ability to read and interpret company documents, such as safety rules, operating instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Good manual dexterity required to work with small parts.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
