Key Responsibilities
- Deliver essential life-saving support and facilitate patient transport via ambulance
- Safely and effectively operate the organization's emergency vehicles
- Conduct educational sessions for various groups regarding emergency medical services
- Maintain and systematically organize all necessary documentation
Work Availability
Staff must be prepared to work around the clock, including weekends and holidays, in response to emergencies and disasters
Management holds the authority to modify work schedules and assign training days as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a High School diploma or equivalent certification
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License required
- EMT certification from the Department of Health is mandatory
- Successful completion of the MRTSA Physical Ability test
- Pass a pre-employment physical examination and background screening
- Fulfill all probationary criteria
