Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work under the direction of our physical therapists to provide skilled physical therapy treatment plans to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results to develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatment to patients, including exercises and modalities as prescribed by the physical therapist
  • Design and implement home exercise programs to promote patient independence and self-care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
