We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at Corporate Propio Language Services. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including HR systems, reporting, employee relations, and other HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR support to employees and management, including answering frequently asked questions, ensuring data integrity in HR systems, and performing regular system audits.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on various HR metrics to HR leadership.
- Assist in integrating HR systems and processes of acquired entities.
- Recommends improvements or changes to the current HRIS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition and integration of HR functions.
- Provide support in employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on general HR, HR systems, and/or reporting.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Candidates must be able to perform detail-oriented work timely and accurately with frequent interruptions, manage several complex projects simultaneously, and work under pressure to meet deadlines. They must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and a high degree of discretion, integrity, and trust.
