Role Summary

The Warehouse Distribution Associate is responsible for executing tasks related to the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products while adhering to productivity, quality, safety, behavioral, and attendance standards. The primary responsibility includes unloading shipments and preparing products for storage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently carry out inbound and/or outbound warehouse operations with a keen focus on detail. This includes unloading, sorting, labeling, restocking, auditing, picking, and packing items.
  • Ensure accurate shipment of products to surpass customer expectations regarding quality and delivery timelines.
  • Adhere to safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime standards as required.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material regulations.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work on your feet with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and dust while navigating around moving equipment and elevated platforms.
  • Capability to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service roles within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
