About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to lead our team and drive customer satisfaction at Linda DeSpain - State Farm Agent. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  2. Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service
  3. Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  4. Utilizing exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Must have a Texas General Lines License or be able to acquire
  • Must have a competitive desire to both Sell and Service Insurance and Financial Products
