Job Overview

A Society Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Industrialization Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering main operations, including manufacturing engineering, logistics, quality, and production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and secure GTO commitments on Quality, Deliveries, and Costs using our Product Development Process.
  • Define and anchor resource needs with project team members and their respective managers.
  • Establish and manage project budgets.
  • Represent GTO project teams in cross-functional project teams, defending GTO requirements and reporting on GTO project deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a Project Manager role, with projects driven from initiation to successful implementation.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in SAFe Agile, DVP (Volvo Product Development waterfall process), and VPS (Volvo Production System).
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk and change management.

  • Ability to oversee, coordinate, and juggle multiple tasks and meet tough deadlines.
  • Strong abilities in priority setting and problem-solving.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Good planning, anticipation, and proactivity skills.
