We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Hotel Resource. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests and ensuring that our hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates.
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards.
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed.
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
- Ability to work independently (without direct supervision) and follow directions (verbal and written).
- Positive, can-do attitude.
