About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate - Automation Test Engineer to lead our automation development and execution efforts for web and mobile applications. As a key member of our Corporate Systems Development division, you will be responsible for designing and developing automation frameworks, tests, and scripts to validate software functionality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation frameworks, tests, and scripts to validate software functionality, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Develop tests, test suites, and execution protocols for CI/CD.
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to create automation strategies and deployment processes.
  • Maintain testing frameworks and ensure software reliability and performance.
  • Develop automation to read and write to databases.
  • Document test coverage, framework, instructions, results, and resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test.
  • Proficiency in several programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python) and JSON format.
  • Proficiency in Appium, TestNG, Selenium, and Jenkins.
  • 5+ years of experience with automating mobile applications, Flutter, and Web applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to work closely with development, QA, and product owner teams.
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in writing SQL and querying ORACLE databases.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with JIRA, JMeter, Postman, and PractiTest applications.
  • Experience leading automation projects and managing teams of testers.
  • Experience with mabl tool and Saucelabs.
