About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate - Automation Test Engineer to lead our automation development and execution efforts for web and mobile applications. As a key member of our Corporate Systems Development division, you will be responsible for designing and developing automation frameworks, tests, and scripts to validate software functionality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop automation frameworks, tests, and scripts to validate software functionality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Develop tests, test suites, and execution protocols for CI/CD.
- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to create automation strategies and deployment processes.
- Maintain testing frameworks and ensure software reliability and performance.
- Develop automation to read and write to databases.
- Document test coverage, framework, instructions, results, and resolution of issues.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test.
- Proficiency in several programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python) and JSON format.
- Proficiency in Appium, TestNG, Selenium, and Jenkins.
- 5+ years of experience with automating mobile applications, Flutter, and Web applications.
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with development, QA, and product owner teams.
- Excellent organization and documentation skills.
- Proficient in writing SQL and querying ORACLE databases.
- Experience with JIRA, JMeter, Postman, and PractiTest applications.
- Experience leading automation projects and managing teams of testers.
- Experience with mabl tool and Saucelabs.
