Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Performance Manager to join our global Procurement Excellence & Performance Team (EPT). As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in analyzing procurement data, developing comprehensive KPIs, reports, and dashboards to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global and regional procurement KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement IT changes, Business Intelligence systems, and dashboards to support procurement performance management.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate procurement performance and progress to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and indices relevant to procurement, providing strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement or Supply Chain Management, with a focus on performance management.
  • Experience in cross-functional teamwork and project management.
  • Knowledge of databases in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and VBA and SQL programming is preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

  • Affinity for numbers and strong analytical, numeric, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to condense and present complex information to key personnel in meaningful reports and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a multicultural environment with all management levels.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Business fluent English in written and spoken.
