Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to join our Robotics team at Resonetics. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a high level of technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with procedures and safety regulations.
  • Perform as a highly skilled laser operator and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Coordinate work activities, maintain quality control checks, and troubleshoot first-level problems.
  • Prepare documents, production sheets, and reports as required by customers.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and share information with team members.
  • Motivate team members to perform at their best, assign tasks based on individual capabilities, and communicate issues proactively.
  • Demonstrate job duties to team members, observe their performance, and ensure compliance with procedures and safety regulations.
  • Encourage team members to meet quality and throughput goals, communicate objectives and expectations, and keep team members supplied with necessary materials.
  • Verify production counts, record work on daily production sheets, and transfer data to customer databases.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of shipment of finished goods to customers.
  • Communicate worker performance to supervisors and provide input for work evaluations.
Requirements
  • 3 years of previous experience in production.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel.
