We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Coordinator to join our team in Student Affairs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating HR functions for operating units
  • Working with Talent Acquisition on job postings, recruitment, and selection processes
  • Facilitating employee evaluation processes
  • Reviewing employee retention programs and policies
  • Coordinating timekeeping and/or payroll processing
  • Initiating systematic personnel changes

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and three years of relevant Human Resources experience. Seven (7) years of relevant work experience can be used in lieu of education requirement.
