Job Description

Our company, M.O.R. Enterprise, LLC dba Golden Corral, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Baker.

The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of freshly baked products, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts. This role requires a strong focus on quality, speed, cleanliness, and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Production: Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and other baked items to meet production needs.
  • Breakfast Bakery: Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production demands.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that every product in the bakery is fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
  • Cleanliness: Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Guest Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and assist them with baked goods.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Golden Corral recipes and standards.
