Job Overview

  • This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment that maintains HIPAA compliance and adheres to the BACB ethics.">
  • We are seeking a certified RBT to provide direct program services, including daily living care needs for patients during services.">
  • The ideal candidate will be willing to learn clinical expertise in areas like ABA, autism, social skills, behavior reduction, and parent training.">

Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Assist BCBA in conducting behavioral and skills assessments as required by funding sources and patient needs.">
  3. Provide input and collaborate with BCBA on behavior intervention plans and individual treatment plans.">
  4. Perform evidenced-based social skills, behavioral, and other related ABA services to patients and/or families.">
  5. Maintain positive family/caregiver relationships throughout treatment.">
  6. Complete regularly scheduled therapy sessions.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Must obtain RBT certification through company-provided training.">
  • Meet and maintain BACB RBT supervision requirements after certification.">
  • Pass a background check and maintain a clear record.">
  • Input data, information, and notes into electronic systems.">

Schedule and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary of $16-$22 per hour, 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
