Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse Opportunity

At TotalMed Staffing, we're seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse, you'll provide specialized nursing care in acute care settings, assessing, planning, and implementing patient care. You'll collaborate with the Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse team to ensure quality care delivery and monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings, identifying and responding to changes in their health status promptly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized nursing care to patients in medical-surgical and telemetry units, assessing their conditions and coordinating treatment plans.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide patient education to promote recovery and self-care management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
• Two years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN experience
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
