Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Technician to join our team at Ultra Clean Technology Systems & Svc Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our cleanroom facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including planned and unplanned PMs, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct chemical wastewater treatment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with off-site travel for equipment purchases and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Limble software.
- 1-3 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, or maintenance work.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments, and handle hazardous materials.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The successful candidate will work in a cleanroom environment, requiring the ability to wear personal protective equipment and work in tight spaces.
