- Create and implement a personal business strategy that targets revenue growth and asset management, while identifying opportunities for new client acquisition.
- Maintain and enhance existing client accounts by offering insights on market trends and portfolio evaluations.
- Conduct thorough research on investment products and market conditions.
- Utilize technology to enhance practice management and improve client service.
- Monitor personal sales performance to achieve established goals.
- Represent the organization in community initiatives to foster business development.
- Communicate the value proposition effectively to clients and partners.
- Engage with local bank teams to enhance referral opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in the investment services sector.
- Required FINRA registrations, including Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65).
- State life insurance and annuities licenses are necessary.
- Preferred designations include AWMA or CFP.
Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of investment principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in selling and negotiating financial products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online financial systems.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills for complex calculations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation:
The salary will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, and certifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation or a discretionary profit-sharing program.
