  • Conduct thorough research on investment products and market conditions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the investment services sector.
  • Required FINRA registrations, including Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65).
  • State life insurance and annuities licenses are necessary.
  • Preferred designations include AWMA or CFP.

Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of investment principles and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record in selling and negotiating financial products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills for complex calculations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation:
The salary will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, and certifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation or a discretionary profit-sharing program.
