Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Demonstration and Explanation: Showcase our EHR solution to clients, highlighting its features and benefits.
  • Workflow and Process Analysis: Understand clients' existing workflows and processes to determine how our product can meet their needs.
  • Functional Specifications: Develop and deliver precise functional specifications, including functional hierarchy, workflow, and business rules, to clients and our development team.
  • Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to elicit comprehensive business requirements and use cases, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect requirements and assist in building and documenting specifications for development.
  • Gap Analysis and Project Impact: Conduct gap analysis between our application and clients' stated requirements, and collaborate with the development team to estimate project impact.
  • Change Verification and Testing: Work with clients, technical teams, and Production Support teams to communicate, verify, and test desired functionality changes.
  • System Demonstration and Training: Assist clients in demonstrating changes to the system, ensuring all relevant business needs are addressed, and provide training in one-on-one or classroom settings.
  • Multiple Priority Management: Effectively manage multiple competing priorities through organization and communication.
Required Skills and Experience:

Healthcare Software Implementation Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare software implementations.

Implementation and Business Analysis Principles: Understanding of implementation and business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.

Consultative and Advisory Skills: Strong consultative and advisory skills.

Communication and Technical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education: Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience in implementing Healthcare software solutions.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Behavioral Healthcare Experience: Experience with Behavioral Healthcare programs.

Software Implementation Experience: Software implementation experience.
