Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Housekeeping in maintaining compliance with all brand standards, service protocols, and departmental procedures.
  • Manage the housekeeping division to guarantee that hotel facilities are kept clean, sanitary, and orderly.
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest accommodations to ensure they meet the highest standards of readiness for occupancy.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within luxury hotel housekeeping.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong orientation towards guest service excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
