Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist I to join our team at Penn State Health. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of standardized imaging procedures, setting up and adjusting related equipment and devices, and maintaining related records under the direction of the Senior Imaging Staff.

Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures using various modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI
  • Set up and adjust equipment and devices to ensure optimal image quality
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and imaging results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in imaging technology and techniques
Requirements
  • Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.) or registry eligible
  • Must pass ARRT boards within 6 months of date of hire if registry eligible
  • 1 year job-related experience preferred
