Key Responsibilities- Provide physical and emotional support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications and treatments to residents, while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, including symptoms and behaviors.
- Assist with continence management and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Document resident interactions, including medication administration, vital signs, and other relevant information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including assisting with resident activities and events.
- Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
- High School diploma/GED.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- CPR Certification preferred.
- First Aid Certification preferred.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
