The ideal candidate will possess 7-8 years of relevant litigation experience within a legal administrative context, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a solid clerical background. The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is essential.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are imperative, as the role involves daily interactions with clients.

Compensation: Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a law firm setting;
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Capability to work autonomously while managing a high volume of tasks efficiently;
  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing assignments to consistently deliver quality results to attorneys and clients;
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure in both individual and team environments;
  • Willingness to occasionally adjust work hours as needed;
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, and various legal software tools;
  • Possession of a current Notary Public commission or the ability to obtain one within the first six months of employment.
