Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of craft workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Motivate and lead a team of electrical workers to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, prioritizing the well-being of employees and customers.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in a multi-family setting.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and other technical documents.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • NEC Code knowledge and experience with subcontractors.
