We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Children's Hospital of Michigan. As a key member of our pediatric care team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical and neurological disorders.

Using standard occupational therapy procedures, you will assess patients' motor and sensory capabilities and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance their independence and productivity. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing support to patients and families.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Treating complex cases for assigned sites.
  • Evaluating patients' motor and sensory capabilities and documenting findings.
  • Directing, planning, organizing, and executing occupational therapy programs for patients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy and at least three years of clinical experience. You should also possess current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Michigan and initial certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
