Job Description
  • Deliver high-quality patient care to children in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric critical care

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
  • Experience working in pediatric critical care, preferably in a PICU setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
