About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse who can deliver high-quality care to patients with complex needs. As a member of our Spinal Cord Injury Team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care based on age-specific components.

You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care, independence, dignity, and quality of life. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues, families, and community resources.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver fundamental, knowledge-based care to assigned clients while developing technical competencies.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on age-specific components.
  • Provide leadership in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with others.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • A valid nursing license in any US State or territory.
  • At least one year of specialized nursing experience in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
