Job Responsibilities:
  • Define Release Scope and Objectives: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish release scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Drive Integration with Data Orchestration Ecosystem: Foster seamless integration with popular tools and services in the broader data orchestration ecosystem, enhancing data processing and analysis capabilities.
  • Own End-to-End Product Management Processes: Oversee product management processes from conception to delivery, ensuring timely, within-scope, and within-budget releases.
  • Meet with Client Teams: Engage with client teams (business, technical, and quality) to gather detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Measure and Track Project Performance: Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to measure and track project performance, reporting and escalating to management as needed.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Delegate Project Tasks: Assign project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project success.


Skills and Experience Required:
  • 8-10 years of experience: Managing product strategy, roadmaps, and multiple workstreams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical expertise: Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, and Spark streaming for processing data for various use cases, creation of an optimized storage layer, and scheduling features for job automation.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and experience managing multiple systems.
  • Big Data Technology: Working knowledge of Apache Spark's execution model, query planning, and execution, and familiarity with Big Data technology.
  • Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall software development methodologies.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO): Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
