Key Responsibilities:

  • Home Support: Assist with light housekeeping tasks, run errands, and offer transportation when necessary. Accompany clients to medical appointments and aid with medication management. Prepare nutritious meals, shop for groceries, and provide personal assistance with daily living activities. Personal care may include support with toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
  • Support with Daily Living Activities: Aid clients in their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
  • Companionship: Foster a supportive environment through conversation and companionship, encouraging engagement and social interaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is preferred.
  • Must possess a GPS-enabled phone or device.
  • Completion of a Criminal Background check is required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Capability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
