We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing Hospice Company for our Sussex County, NJ region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care for a census of 5-6 patients, providing assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and grooming.
  • Assist with toileting, positioning, and transfer activities, as well as frequent turning and positioning of bed-bound residents/patients.
  • Support patients with prescribed exercise and ROM activities, which have been taught by the Hospice Nurse.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, including changing bed linen and patient laundry.
  • Feed and assist with meals.
  • Report any changes in patients' conditions to the Nurse.
Requirements
  • NJ State CHHA or CNA license
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable mode of transportation
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • English fluency is not required; Se Habla Español
  • Full vaccination against Covid-19
