Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our renal care team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutrition care to patients with end-stage renal disease. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping patients achieve optimal nutritional status and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized plans of care for patients
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on nutrition-related topics, including diet and kidney disease
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Monitor and adjust nutrition therapy as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in renal nutrition
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
  • 1+ year of experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian
  • Previous renal experience preferred
  • Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition (CSR) certification encouraged
