We are seeking an Industrial Operations Specialist to join our team at Actalent. In this role, you will apply your expertise to optimize manufacturing processes, work closely with cross-functional teams, and utilize advanced industrial engineering tools and standards.

About the Role:

  • Apply industrial engineering principles to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Work in stamping, kitting, packaging, and material production areas
  • Utilize GMOS (Global Material Optimization Standards) to improve efficiency
  • Conduct and utilize STDS (Standard Time Data Studies) to analyze and improve workflow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing techniques

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a similar environment
  • Experience with stamping, kitting, packaging, and material production
  • Proficiency in GMOS (Global Material Optimization Standards)
  • Experience with MODAPTS (relevant but not required)
  • Proficiency in STDS (Standard Time Data Studies)
