Salary
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $179,000 per year, taking into account factors such as experience, location, education, and key skills.
Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Systems Engineering Lead to support our Electronic Warfare Systems product line. This exciting new role will interface with the Integrated Product Team Lead, Chief Engineer, and other stakeholders to ensure program objectives are achieved. As a Technical Systems Engineering Lead, you will be immersed in a fast-paced, team-based environment where individual talent and initiative can stand out and thrive.
You will determine requirements based on customer information and provide traceability to these requirements. You will decide how to capture those requirements in specific documents such as specifications and interface control documents. Ensuring clear, concise, understandable, and verifiable requirements is also a key responsibility. Additionally, you will trace the flow of requirements between different parts of the program to ensure all areas have the complete information appropriate to their activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will typically require a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience. Experience with systems design and requirements engineering on EW/Radar programs is essential. An active and transferrable final U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date, with the ability to obtain program access after start. US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
