Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist both retail and wholesale clients with inquiries regarding automotive components, whether in person, over the phone, or through online platforms.
  • Effectively convey product features, advantages, and warranty information to customers.
  • Prepare and manage inventory orders for customer collection or delivery.
  • Process orders from stock, inform customers of any out-of-stock items requiring immediate attention, and source parts from external suppliers as needed.
  • Notify customers or service advisors when special orders arrive and provide delivery timelines.
  • Follow up on back-ordered items, verify will-call and back-order statuses, and manage returns to vendors or restocking of unclaimed items.
  • Ensure accurate billing for all parts transactions and maintain complete and organized paperwork.
  • Keep meticulous records of all parts orders, invoices, estimates, and special requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department environment.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: One or more years of experience in an automotive parts department.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive components.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of $60k - $85k based on experience, including hourly pay and commission structure.
