We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the overall quality and safety of our residential apartment homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in performing necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the property.
  • Perform daily exterior and interior inspections to ensure the community is functioning effectively.
  • Conduct appliance maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • One year of maintenance experience in residential property management.
  • Ability to quickly store and recall instructions in one's short-term memory.
  • Prefer HVAC certification and boiler certification if applicable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
