Integrity Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cardiology Physician to join our team at our 300-bed nonprofit hospital in California. As a Cardiology Physician, you will be part of a distinguished STEMI Receiving Center with a recent Catheterization Lab expansion and a fully integrated Interventional and Peripheral Cardiac Surgery program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Collaborate with a strong Hospitalist service with 24/7 in-house Hospitalist and Intensivists
- Participate in a call schedule of 1:5
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a two-year income guarantee, transition into an RVU-based production model, and a total estimated package of $481,200/year (for 2 years). Additionally, we provide a recruitment package of $20,000 relocation and $80,000 sign-on bonus.
