Responsibilities:
As a Specialty Cheese Associate, you will be responsible for prioritizing daily work based on varying business needs. You will acquire and share knowledge of the Cheese Department, responsible for writing orders using effective pars and planning. You will work as a team to complete daily tasks, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising. You will also monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards, attend required corporate meetings and training classes, and comply with all personal and food safety company standards.

Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who can comply with all company policies and standards. You should possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks. You should also be able to work with minimal supervision, frequent lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, and be willing to work the number of hours required to meet company objectives. Additionally, you should be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.
