Job Opportunity: The University of Pennsylvania and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia are seeking a talented clinician educator to join their team as an Associate Professor in Pediatric Ophthalmology.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach pediatric ophthalmology fellows, ophthalmology and pediatric residents, and medical students.
  • Conduct clinical and surgical activity at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Develop and/or continue an active, funded research program in pediatric ophthalmology.
  • Publish in high-impact journals and present at major society meetings nationally and internationally.

Requirements:

  • MD or equivalent degree.
  • Expertise in pediatric ophthalmic diseases and/or vision science.
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment and contribute to the development of the research program in Pediatric Ophthalmology at CHOP.
