Punchlist Specialist

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a dedicated Punchlist Specialist to handle a range of tasks including general repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical installations, and painting. This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects, allowing you to demonstrate your skills and knowledge in the construction sector.

As a Punchlist Specialist, you will be part of a team that prioritizes excellence and aims to surpass expectations in every endeavor.

• Execute tasks assigned by the project manager, ensuring completion within the designated timeline and budget.
• Perform general repairs and carpentry tasks, including framing, drywall repair/replacement, texture matching, flooring installation, and finishing work.
• Engage with project managers to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.
• Arrive at job sites equipped with necessary materials and tools for each assigned task.
• Organize and prioritize workload while keeping the project manager informed of progress.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of job sites at the end of each workday.
• Keep accurate records of completed work.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in punch list work or related construction experience.
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation submission.
• Must have personal tools and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Fundamental understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues at all levels.
• Possess all necessary tools and reliable transportation.
• Currently residing in the U.S.
