Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and extend equipment lifespan
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance procedures and protocols

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electro-mechanical equipment an asset
  • Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics/blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
