KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

LEADERSHIP:
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulations, particularly regarding Safety and Quality standards.
  • Communicate the strategic vision effectively.
  • Oversee a team, providing guidance and mentorship to facilitate successful project execution.
  • Supervise a group of Engineers (5 to 10 direct reports) across multiple locations, which may include overseeing one or more Senior Process Engineers. This role may require regular travel between sites.
  • Evaluate strategic growth, engineering education, project planning, and execution.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines efficiently.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and present performance results.
  • Continuously seek to improve processes.
PROCESS ENGINEERING AND OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY:
  • Maintain and enhance expertise in recognized process methodologies to ensure compliance while improving productivity.
  • Direct and optimize various operational streams at our threading facilities, fostering team collaboration.
  • Assist Operations in addressing process challenges and work with technical teams to boost performance.
  • Actively participate in performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with and provide updates to VAM TCC in North America.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the threading of OCTG connections is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualifications or experience.
  • Over 2 years of management experience.
  • Experience in Heavy Manufacturing environments.
  • Background in project management and manufacturing.
  • Skilled in implementing Manufacturing Process Control.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities in leading workgroups and driving enhancements.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, striving for excellence and aligning with organizational standards.
  • Experience in an international context, engaging with diverse cultures.
