Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapy Department Supervisor to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our PT/OT/SLP department(s) or clinic, ensuring the provision of exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage clinical staff, rehabilitation techs, students, and office staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS Conditions of Participation, and federal and state regulations.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of our growing organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science or related field.
  • 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Licensed by the State of Texas- Physical Therapist.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support Card.
